3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos/videos of the issue
  • We will replace or refund at no additional cost

6. Exchange Policy

7. Installment Payments (Tabby & Tamara)

If you used Tabby or Tamara:

  • Refunds will be processed according to their policies
  • Installment cancellation depends on provider approval
  • MegaCart is not responsible for provider delays

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipment → full refund
  • After shipment → return policy applies
